Thomas,
I have tried something different. In looking at AOL Musci Now there is a separate pop-up window in which the music is being picked up by the AOMRecorder bu t not the artist information. Below are the attachments which are screen shots.
There may not be anything that can be done to record these items but I jsut wanted you to know what I was thinking.

Sal,
We cannot see any images that are stored on your computer. You must load them up to some webspace of your own.

Oh, sorry. Let em see if I can figure something out...cheers..Sal
Okay. I have done a little playing around with AOL MusicNow. It seems that AOL and Napster have gone into cahoots and the services are merging.
I have checek out Napster, AOL MusicNow and Rhapsody and all these services have two tiers of service, a $9.95 and $14.95 plan. The first plan allows unlimited listening on a computer. The second plan allows a song list to be downloaded in a proprietary format ( not owned) and played on a device (not iPod) as long as the service subscription is maintained.
I have been able to record songs individually using AOMRecord, but have to do this in a fully manual fashion, i.e. hit the Quick Record button. The song title is the generic name given when there is no title information.
The AOLMusicNow and Napster music play in a pop up window while rhapsody requires a formal software download.
I am not sure if anything can be done to get the title/artist information, but I just wanted to post this note as to my discovery at this time.
Thank you.
Sal
Thank you very much for this information, Sal.
I suggest: Why don't you just try Yahoo Music? They have a lot of good radio stations and for a very low proce you get the music in very good quality. And you can put together your own station that plays exactly your taste (similar to Pandora). Of course it works with AOMrecord.
Greetings
Thomas
I will give it a try again. I thought the AOL MusicNow quality was better than Yahoo but I will try again.....cheers..Sal
