Hi, I updated to the latest version yesterday. Up to that point everything was working fine recording from Aol. Now AOMrecord does not pick up any of the media data........

How do I resolve this?

Julian,

I uninstalled the older version of AOMRecord first and then installed the new version today. Then, I opened the AOMRecord software and clicked to launch Radio@AOL and was able to pick up the media information.

I also noticed that the Acoustic Rock station is back...my favorite.

I tried the Sirius player and there is not information to be had, but there never was for me.

Strange - I used to be able to access the medai data simply by loading AOL radio throufgh my AOL browser but with the new version I've taken your advice and finally worked out that if I use the AOM Player I can get to AOL and get the media data again!

Just out of curiosity, are you accessing the new beta version of Radio@AOL? I am worried that the new version will not be abel to be read by AOMRecord.

The AOMRecord software can still open up the old browser window.

Sal,

AOMrecord is capable of retrieving the media data from AOL Radio 4 BETA. Haven't tried from inside the AOL client, but it works very well when you launch it via AOMplayer.
